Terms of Service

Card Intel is the trading name of this trading-card research software service, operated by a registered individual. In these terms, “Card Intel”, “we” and “us” refer to the service operator. Contact us at support@card-intel.com.

These terms cover card-intel.com and the Card Intel app at app.card-intel.com. They do not cover Sayframe or any separate card-retail business. No physical cards, sealed products or other goods are sold through Card Intel.

The public service is a preview. Paid subscriptions are not open, and no payment is taken. The pricing page describes the planned Collector and Dealer plans. Features marked “planned” or “coming soon” are not currently purchased entitlements.

When subscriptions open, the available features, limits and monthly price will be disclosed before purchase. This is browser-based software: access will be delivered to your signed-in account after payment confirmation, not by physical shipment. Contact support if payment is confirmed but access is missing.

Card Intel helps you research collectible-card records, market observations, valuation estimates and statistical patterns. It does not execute trades, hold customer funds or provide investment, financial, tax or legal advice. There are no guaranteed returns or buying and selling recommendations.

Coverage varies by object, version, language, grade, marketplace, region and date. A listing ask is not a completed sale; a currency conversion is not evidence of local market value. Estimates can be sparse, stale or unavailable. Check the source, date and limitations before relying on a result. Pattern flags are probabilistic observations, not accusations of wrongdoing.

Use an email address you control and keep account information accurate. The sign-in workflow uses emailed links rather than a Card Intel password. Protect your inbox, session and any issued API credentials; do not share or resell access. You must be legally able to enter this agreement, or use the service with the involvement of a parent or guardian where local law permits. Notify support if you suspect unauthorised access.

When paid checkout opens, our order process will be conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the merchant of record for those orders and handles payment, receipts, applicable transaction taxes and payment refunds. The Paddle contracting entity depends on the buyer’s location and is identified in the Paddle Buyer Terms. Those terms govern your purchase from Paddle; these terms govern your use of Card Intel.

The planned prices are Collector US$29 per month and Dealer US$99 per month. Subscriptions will be billed monthly and automatically renew until cancelled. No trial or annual plan is offered. Applicable tax and the total payable amount will be shown at checkout before confirmation. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.

A future price increase will be disclosed before it is charged, with any notice and consent required by law. You can cancel rather than renew at a changed price. Payment failure may interrupt paid access; it does not authorise an unrelated purchase.

Cancel through the “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle confirmation email or Paddle buyer support. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues to the end of the paid period unless the purchase is refunded or access is lawfully suspended.

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how to request help or a refund and links to Paddle’s applicable rules. Cancellation alone does not refund unused time. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights, including withdrawal rights and remedies for a product that is faulty or not as described.

Use the service lawfully and within the limits of your plan. Do not bypass authentication or quotas, disrupt the service, use another person’s credentials, or use statistical flags to harass or defame people. Do not bulk extract, resell or republish a provider’s market-data feed without the necessary rights and a separate agreement.

You retain rights in data you supply. Card Intel software and original analysis remain ours; third-party images, listings, trademarks and data remain subject to their owners’ rights. Access is not a licence to redistribute those materials. A permitted export of your collection is different from a bulk export of source data. Immutable source snapshots are internal evidence, not part of the public offer.

Our Privacy Policy explains account, security, support and payment-related data handling. You can request account closure through support. Account deletion is not a substitute for cancelling a paid subscription; confirm cancellation with Paddle to stop billing.

Preview functionality may change as the product develops. For a future paid service, we will not treat a roadmap item as delivered or use these terms to remove remedies if an included feature is not supplied. Access may be suspended for a material breach or security risk. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and give an opportunity to resolve it. This does not remove any entitlement to a remedy under law.

Market information is inherently incomplete. We do not promise continuous availability, complete market coverage, or that an estimate will match a future sale. These limitations do not replace the features or service standards explicitly included in a paid purchase.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid for Card Intel in the twelve months before the claim. This does not exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or mandatory consumer remedy that cannot legally be limited. Mandatory protections and courts available to you under applicable law remain available.

We will date policy updates on this page and give notice of material changes where required. A later update does not retrospectively remove rights attached to an earlier purchase.
