Refund and Cancellation Policy

Clear ways to stop a renewal, resolve an access problem or request a refund. Product support: support@card-intel.com.

Before subscriptions open

Card Intel currently offers a free preview. Paid subscriptions are not open and no payment is taken. This policy explains the purchase process that will apply when the monthly plans on our pricing page become available.

Request a refund

When checkout opens, Paddle will be our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Request a refund through Paddle buyer support or the support link in your Paddle receipt. Include your purchase email, transaction reference and the issue; never send a password or full payment-card details.

For an access or product problem, you can also email support@card-intel.com. We will investigate and coordinate with Paddle where a refund is appropriate. Paddle processes the payment refund.

Eligibility and timing

Paddle may consider discretionary requests made within 14 calendar days of a payment, including a renewal. A request does not automatically qualify for a refund. Eligibility is governed by the Paddle Refund Policy, the Paddle Buyer Terms applicable to your transaction, and any greater rights required by law.

This policy does not limit your mandatory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal rights and remedies for a product that is faulty, unavailable or not as described. Withdrawal periods and digital-content exceptions depend on your location and transaction; see Paddle’s country-specific rules. Simply using Card Intel does not by itself waive a statutory right.

Cancel future renewals

Cancel using the “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle confirmation email, or request cancellation at paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Keep the cancellation confirmation.

Cancelling and requesting a refund are different actions. Cancellation alone does not refund unused time; this does not affect any refund or withdrawal right you have. If a renewal was already charged, contact Paddle about that payment.

After a refund

An approved refund is normally returned to the original payment method. Paddle provides processing details; your payment provider may need additional time to show the credit. Access covered by the refunded purchase may end. You do not have to give up a lawful payment-dispute right to ask us for help.

Policy changes

The policy and purchase terms in effect when you buy apply to that transaction. We will not use a later policy change to remove an existing refund entitlement. Save your receipt and the terms shown at purchase.
